I absolutely LOVE Wilson-Weddings!!! Jodie was recommended to me by a mutual friend and we instantly clicked! She checked in on me weekly and asked if I needed any help with anything! I really needed that because wedding planning was so lonely at times. And when I got tired of making decisions- she stepped up and said hey I got this. She sent me multiple vendors to review when I was trying to decide. I really appreciated having options. Bonus points because she’s also a swiftie!! Her cousin also helped my husband plan our honeymoon! I love how connected she is! I hardly felt like I was doing any work. And as a full time RN, I needed the least amount of stress possible! As for my wedding day- WOW!! Jodie and Savannah really made my special day perfect. They were so flexible and on top of everything I needed. At one point, I needed them to make sure my dad’s phone was not on him before walking me down the aisle (he never turns his ringer off lol) and they made sure it happened! They set up our baby bites, hung my wreaths, remade my plate when the caterer forgot about my allergies, AND cut the cake when our caterer decided to cut out early! They danced with us and made sure we always had a drink in our hands. They also captured a lot of content for us! And right before my wedding, both of my maids of honor dropped out of the wedding- Jodie checked in on me many times, encouraged me when I wanted to just cancel everything, and even brought me a sweet gift the morning of my wedding! ❤️ If we could get married again- we’d choose Wilson-Weddings ALWAYS!!! Now I have best friends that will get to continue on with us throughout our marriage and who I know will be there when we decide to expand our family! I love these girls more than anything!! 🥹

Jodie and her team made our wedding day a breeze! We received so many compliments from wedding party members and guests about how seamlessly everything flowed throughout getting ready, the ceremony, and the reception. It was all thanks to Jodie! In the planning stages, Jodie was thoughtful and supportive, especially when I had a small freak out when the weather looked like it was taking a turn for the worse a week away from our wedding day. Jodie created a detailed schedule for our wedding day, communicated with vendors to ensure they all knew the plan, and ran logistics the day of so that we could relax and be fully present with our friends and family. Side note- Jodie is also a great dancer, so you should make sure to get her on the dance floor for a little while. Overall, I can’t imagine we would have had such an amazing day without Jodie. I would choose her a million times! 

Jodi was AMAZING throughout the whole planning process and day of!! I can’t recommend her enough!! Jodi uses website planning system that no only helps us both stay on track and see our progress, but also give inspiration and create a wedding website and registry. I used it to keep track of my progress of planning, RSVPs, important appointments, and gather inspiration. She sent several emails after our initial call to check in and make sure planning steps were coming along. She gave advice of contracts and pricing of other vendors. She created a beautiful timeline that gave us a perfect amount of downtown, buffers, and arrivals and departures of other vendors. Day of the wedding, Jodi and her assistant did EVERYTHING with the biggest smile on their faces! They ran interference with family and guests when needed, assisted in set up and clean up, helped the bridal party get ready, came prepared with a huge bag of emergency items, checked in with us often to make sure we were happy, and didn’t let us know about any stress or mishaps at the wedding to keep our day stress free! Of all wedding planners I’ve interacted with before as a bridesmaid, Jodi was the most kind, fun, professional, and prepared! Our bridal party LOVED her and felt comfortable coming to her with any problems or questions. She created the most beautiful highlights video of our day too that made me sobbbbb the next day when we watched it. She was WONDERFUL!!

​This day could not have happened without Jodie! She helped to keep everything on track by creating a day of timeline which really helped me as well as the bridal party. From a bridesmaid dress emergency, unexpected rain, and improvisation to keep on track she was there to lead the way and make the best decisions for us so that we felt the least amount of stress as possible. Even before the big day she contacted all vendors to get everyone on the same page and dealt with all of the admin tasks in the weeks leading up which really helped take some stress off of me since I was doing my own hair and makeup & florals. Talking with the vendors was just one less thing to think about! She and her assistant, Savannah, were so amazing and incredible to be around all day. They were both super sweet and professional, and were there to shove 400 bobby pins into my veil at the very last minute. We felt so lucky to have had such an amazing team to help bring our day to life! I would highly recommend Jodie to anyone I know who is seeking day of coordination for their wedding - I truly could not have done it without her! She knows her stuff and keeps it fun and professional while doing so. Thank you Jodie (and Savannah) for sharing the day with us and being so amazing! 🩷

Jodie was fantastic! We could not have asked for a better coordinator. She helped us stay organized throughout the planning process and helped us find some of the best vendors (the DJ and photographer she recommended were both incredible). The actual day of the wedding was completely stress-free because she had the timeline nailed down perfectly. Working with her was one of the best decisions we made in the planning process. We cannot recommend Wilson-Weddings enough!

Jodie made my wedding plans come true and was indispensable in the lead up to our event! I booked her partial planning and day of coordination package and she overdelivered professionally and personally. Any time I was torn between options or having an issue finding a vendor in the lead up to our wedding she quickly and kindly responded with helpful advice and recommendations. I'm truly so thankful to have met her, and once it was time to go through our day she handled everything we had dreamed up! I absolutely could not have done it with her and her assistant Keisha, they were incredibly professional and detail oriented. We had two special exits that would have just been impossible to do without them, and so much happened behind the scenes that I didn't even have to think about once we were there because Jodie is an absolute girls girl and allowed me to be on auto pilot so I could enjoy everything. If you are a bride on the fence about what coordinator to book you should absolutely reach out and talk to Jodie!

Jodie and her team were absolutely wonderful! I’m so thankful we had her and Zach for our wedding! Jodie made sure the timeline was to a T and made everything run so smoothly! Zach tied EVERY tie for the groomsmen and did every boutonnière! Our day was amazing with their help and we are so thankful for them! 10/10 recommend!

Wilson –Weddings was an excellent decision making them my daughter‘s wedding coordinator. They did an incredibly great job and were so professional. They did not let one detail go unnoticed and did things that they did not have to do but did them! I highly recommend Jodie Wilson and her assistants to coordinate your wedding!
