All The Final Details
We will begin with a consultation call to discuss details that have been decided on so we know were to start! You will then be given access to Aisle Planner to keep everything organized and on track. We will guide you in selecting the last few vendors needed. We manage vendor bookings, hold key planning meetings, conduct venue walkthroughs, and finalize layouts. On the big day, we will handle all logistics of vendors and the coordination of the ceremony and reception, ensuring every moment flows seamlessly—so you can relax and fully enjoy your wedding day.

THE PROCESS

Consultation Call: Gather all information so we know where to start! We will provide you with access to Aisle Planner to enter in all current information.

Planning journey: Book key vendors, enter updates into Aisle Planner. Have details calls with planner to discuss updates. Check items off monthly planning list in Aisle Planner.

4-6 weeks out: We will have our final venue walkthrough. We will finalize layouts, backup plans, decor, and timeline items. After this meeting I will take over your vendors.

Day of your wedding: you sit back, relax and enjoy the day! Let us handle all the stress! We will execute the timeline and stay on track. We will coordinate the ceremony and reception. We will handle vendor arrivals and manage them throughout the day. At the end of the evening we will send you off in style!
