How do we reserve our wedding date?
A non-refundable deposit and signed contract are due in order to secure your date. If you haven’t narrowed down a date yet, I can help!

Will you handle vendor contracts and payments?
I do not get involved in the payment portion of other vendors due to liability reasons. If you book an upgraded package (partial or full planning) I do offer looking over contracts from other vendors if there are any issues or questions.

Do we get a discount if we book with one of your preferred vendors?
Yes! Each vendor I work with has their own policy regarding discounts. Our customers receive the best pricing and upgrades that are available.

Do you have a preferred vendors list?
Absolutely! From wedding photographers to florists and caterers, I’ve worked with some of the best companies in the industry & would love to share their information with you!

Do you travel for destination weddings?
I can travel anywhere within the southeast for an overnight travel fee. Destination weddings outside of the southeast will incur additional travel fees.

How do you deal with wedding day disasters?
Our superb organizational skills and clear communication allow us to eliminate issues before they arise. Our coordination teams can tackle any issue throughout your day.

Do you come with us to any relevant vendor meetings?
Yes! Our Full Planning Package includes relevent vendor meetings.

How many members of your staff will be present on my wedding day?
We have multiple coordinators and assistants. Your guest count will dictate the number of coordinators needed.
