Our Day-of Coordination service begins with a consultation call to review all key details. Four weeks prior to the wedding, we conduct a venue walkthrough meeting. At this meeting we will finalize layouts, backup plans, decor, and timeline details. We will begin vendor management at this time handling all communication with your vendor team. The evening prior we will coordinate the rehearsal. On your wedding day, we execute the ceremony and reception, ensuring a seamless celebration and a memorable send-off.
