DAY OF COORDINATing 

This package is perfect for the bride who has completed her planning journey and just needs assistance with execution the day of.

  • consultation 4-6 weeks before the wedding day to discuss details, ceremony timeline, etc.

  • vendor communication take over 3 weeks before wedding 

  • personalized day of wedding timeline for vendors, wedding party, and family. 

  • execution of wedding rehearsal, day of ceremony and reception. 

  • 12 hours day of coordination

  • Guided wedding plan template 

  • digitized ceremony and reception layout 

  • managing of all the vendors 

  • 1 venue walkthrough 

  • emergency kit 

  • clean up assistance/ set up assistance 

  • unlimited email communication 

  • availability throughout the process for email check ins/calls.

PARTIAL PLANNING + DAY OF COORDINATion

This is for the bride who has begun the process of planning their wedding. This includes our preferred vendors list, assistance with details, and execution the day of. 

  • Everything in the Day of Coordination package plus: 

    • 2-3 in person detail meetings

    • 1-2 venue walkthroughs

    • wedding planner book with checklist 

    • vendor communication 6 months prior to day of

    • vendor research / recommendations 

    • digitized layouts for ceremony/reception. 

    • managing of all the vendors throughout planning process

full planning + day of coordination

This is prefect for the bride who just got engaged and is wanting help every step of the way! This package starts from scratch with all the planning and details! 

  • Everything in the Partial Planning + Day of Coordination package plus:  

    • in person detail meetings (4-6) throughout the planning process

    • help with vendor research and consultations/selections 

    • 2-3 venue walkthroughs

    • vendor visits

    • help planning all the details big or small

Wilson-Weddings

  • Ceremony option includes:​

    • coordination of your wedding rehearsal and ceremony (4 hours)

    • communication with ceremony vendors

    • manage ceremony timeline 

    • emergency kit 

    • this package does NOT include any coordination for the reception

REHEARSAL DINNER OR CEREMONY ONLY

This is for the bride who just needs someone to execute and coordinate the rehearsal dinner or the ceremony.

  • Rehearsal Dinner option includes:

    • 1 in person meeting to discuss details ​

    • dinner layout plan + menu selections help 

    • set up/ clean up assistance 

    • coordination of dinner events 

    • availability for emails and calls throughout process​​

add on's

  • Day of Travel Fee: if venue/location of wedding is 50+ miles outside of our home office . . . $150.00 

  • Overnight Travel Fee: if venue/location of wedding is over 100+ miles and requires overnight stay . . . $150.00 + lodging

  • Additional Details meetings or calls more than 1 hour . . . $50 per hour (at our discretion).
